Scope
These terms apply to aresfit.co.uk and all orders placed on our site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Who we sell to
UK only. We sell to consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). Some products are sold on a quote/enquiry basis.

Placing an order & contract formation
For checkout orders: your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we email your Order Confirmation—a contract then forms.
For quote-based orders: a contract forms when we email written acceptance or a sales invoice referencing your purchase order.

Prices, VAT & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order or are quoted in advance for special cases. We may correct obvious pricing errors. We may use pre‑authorisations and fraud checks. Payment timing depends on the method (e.g. card at checkout; bank transfer for quoted B2B orders).

Delivery, risk & title
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout or in your quote. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of acceptance.
Risk passes to you on delivery to your address. Title passes when we receive full payment. We may deliver in instalments at no extra cost.

If we’re late
If the delivery deadline was essential (or you told us it was), you may cancel for a full refund if we miss it. Otherwise you can set a new reasonable deadline and cancel if we still do not deliver. If no date was agreed and we fail to deliver within 30 days, you may cancel.

Consumers — your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are faulty or misdescribed you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund. You have a short‑term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.

Consumer change‑of‑mind
You can cancel most goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to cancel, return costs and refunds.

Custom/build‑to‑order
Once production starts, custom/build‑to‑order items cannot be cancelled unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Installation & access
If installation is purchased, you must ensure safe access and suitable space. If we cannot deliver or install due to access issues, a reasonable redelivery or re‑attendance fee may apply.

B2B customers
No statutory cooling‑off right. To the extent permitted by law, implied terms are excluded. Our aggregate liability for B2B claims is limited to the price paid for the relevant products. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products).

Liability to consumers
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or where the law does not allow it.

Website use & privacy
Use our site lawfully. See our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data (UK GDPR / DPA 2018).

Law & jurisdiction
English law applies. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or where they live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
