Returns & Refunds (UK)

Consumer change‑of‑mind (CCR 2013)
- You can cancel within 14 days after delivery. Tell us by email (or use the Model Cancellation Form below).
- You then have 14 days to send the goods back.
- You pay return postage for change‑of‑mind returns. We can arrange collection if you prefer (guide: small items from £12.50+VAT; pallets from £75+VAT).
- Handle items only as you would in a shop. If items are used, assembled or incomplete, we may deduct for diminished value.
- Refunds include the least‑cost standard delivery (if paid). We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence of posting—whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item (CRA 2015)
- We will put things right: repair, replacement, parts or refund as appropriate.
- If a fault is confirmed within 30 days, you can choose a full refund (short‑term right to reject).
- After 30 days, we will repair or replace within a reasonable time; if that fails, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final right to reject.
- We cover return/collection costs for confirmed faults, transit damage or our errors.

B2B returns
No statutory cooling‑off. Returns are at our discretion and may include restocking and carriage fees—contact us first.

How to start a return
Email info@aresfit.co.uk with your order number, contact details and reason. For damaged/faulty items, include photos of the outer packaging, labels and the issue. We’ll issue the correct return address or arrange a collection. RMA numbers help us track your return but are not required to exercise your CCR rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for financed orders (when available)
If you purchased using a finance agreement, we will process any eligible refund to the lender so they can adjust or settle your credit agreement. We will confirm the practical steps and timing with you and Shire Leasing. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
