Shipping & Delivery (UK)

Where we deliver
UK Mainland as standard. Remote areas (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) available on request and may carry a surcharge.

Order confirmation; split shipments
We’ll email your order confirmation and an estimated delivery window. Items may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost.

Delivery timeframe (legal default)
Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order or acceptance.

Services & access
- Small items: courier to door.
- Heavy items/flooring: palletised kerbside as standard (ground level at the nearest safe point). Drivers cannot carry goods inside.
- Installation/assembly: available on request and quoted case‑by‑case.

Delivery charges; surcharges
UK Mainland (standard items)
Standard delivery is £20 on orders under £250 and FREE on orders £250+.

Bulky/freight items (delivery quoted)
Some bulky or heavy items require a delivery quote. If your order includes any freight‑quoted items, delivery will be priced after checkout and added to your invoice (bank transfer). Standard rates (£20 under £250 / FREE £250+) do not apply to freight‑quoted items.

Remote areas; special access
Remote-area or special-access surcharges may apply. Any additional charges will be quoted in advance.

Receiving delivery
Ensure safe access for a large vehicle and that someone can receive and sign. If a delivery fails for reasons within your control, a pre‑shown redelivery charge may apply.

Risk transfer
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Transit damage
If packaging looks damaged, note it with the driver and take photos. Please email us as soon as possible so we can help quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.

Late delivery rights
If we miss the agreed date, you can set a new reasonable deadline. If we still don’t deliver, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Build‑to‑order items
Build‑to‑order or custom‑colour items are non‑cancellable once factory production starts, unless faulty.
