What kind of products do you offer?

We supply commercial-grade gym equipment from Jordan Fitness, Nautilus, Star Trac, StairMaster, and Schwinn. This includes free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, flooring, and studio accessories.

Ordering & Payment

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer only. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send an invoice with our bank details and a reference number.

What happens after I place my order?

We confirm stock availability and delivery cost with our supplier, then send you an invoice. Once payment clears, we dispatch your order and confirm delivery details.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?

UK stock items typically dispatch within a few working days. Equipment shipped from our European warehouse takes 3–4 weeks. We'll confirm an estimated delivery window with your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is quoted separately after order confirmation and added to your invoice. Selected commercial equipment ships free of charge.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Note any damage with the driver and take photos of the outer packaging, labels, and the issue. Email us at info@aresfit.co.uk as soon as possible so we can help quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Consumer orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. B2B returns are at our discretion.

Products

Do your machines require assembly?

Most commercial equipment requires professional assembly. Installation is available on request and quoted case-by-case.

Is finance available?

Yes. Business finance is available on orders over £1,000 ex-VAT through our approved finance partner, Shire Leasing. See our Business Finance page for details.
