1. General Information

Question: What kind of products do you offer?
  • Answer: We offer a curated selection of high-quality gym equipment, designed for optimal performance and durability.

2. Delivery & Returns

Question: What happens after I place my order?

  • Answer: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card. However, your card will not be charged immediately. We will confirm product availability with our supplier, and if the product is available, we will process the payment and dispatch your order. If the item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you.

Question: How long will delivery take?

  • Answer: If the product is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. You will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t receive tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@aresfit.co.uk.

Question: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

  • Answer: We recommend inspecting all items thoroughly upon delivery. If any items are damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you discover damage later, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@aresfit.co.uk so we can initiate an insurance claim.

Question: Can I cancel my order, and what is the refund policy?

  • Answer: Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
